Accumulator charging valves
HYDAC accumulator charging valves control, within an adjustable switching range, the loading of the hydro-accumulator. As a result of the combination of HYDAC hydro-accumulator and HYDAC accumulator charging valve, pumps and motors on oil-hydraulics plants with fluctuating flow rate requirements can be dimensioned smaller.
This saves on both costs and energy - an unnecessary heat development is thus avoided.
HYDAC accumulator charging valves are noteworthy for the following advantages:
- simple and optimum system adjustment through valves with various, fixed switching pressure differentials (12, 16, 21%),
- Switch-off pressures can be selected freely within the pressure ranges of 100, 250 und 350 bar,
- low current-delta-p,
- no unwanted discharge of the accumulator through leakage-free poppet valves,
- plate mounted and inline connection version available,
- no additional installation outlays arise because of integration of the check valve.
