Nitrogen charging units N2-Server
The HYDAC N2-Server Programme encompasses mobile - portable and wheeled - and also stationary device types. It is used for the loading of accumulators, for supplementing the gas filling pressure and/or for the filling of accumulator stations. A HYDAC piston accumulator is installed as a nitrogen pump, the stroke volume of which is used to fullest by means of end position switching. In addition, the devices are equipped with a pressure protection mechanism in accordance with accident prevention regulations (UVV).
The nitrogen loading device N2-Server is distinguished by the following advantages:
- rapid and inexpensive filling of all HYDAC accumulator types,
- optimum utilisation of commercially available nitrogen bottles up to 20 bar residual pressure,
- maximum accumulator charging pressure up to 350 bar (special versions possible).
