Condition Monitoring is the data recording and interpretation of data from machines, systems and their components, with the aim of conducting predictive maintenance programs based on the system condition. The operation data of the machine or system are measured continuously with the aid of the HYDAC sensor system. Afterwards, the recorded data are analysed and interpreted. Finally, the condition information (also compressed) is communicated to the operator via different communications paths for monitoring and/or controlling.
