From a clean component
to a technically
clean system.

After the component cleanliness inspection, the contanminant- filled filter membrane is analysed with a Leica microscope.

The contamination is examined in terms of its gravimetry (weight in mg) and granulometry (longest particle in µm and quantity of particles in different size classes). This data is evaluated relative to the component, the component surface or the volume of the complete system.

The result is documented in a laboratory report (see example) and discussed with the customer.
