From a clean component
to a technically
clean system.

In our lab, or in our on-site lab vehicle, we inspect the technical cleanliness of the components and systems you produce according to your requests.

We perform this service using the Contamination Test Unit (CTU), developed by HYDAC.

In the technical cleanliness inspection of components, lubrication fluids are filtered through a filter membrane in the CTU.

The contanminant- filled filter membrane is analysed with a Leica microscope.
