PUMP TRANSFER-COOLER-FILTRATION UNITS
The UKF unit is a compact and easy-to-install unit for offline filtration cooling circuits. Continuous offline cooling and filtration extend the service life of the oil and of the hydraulic system.
3 sizes are available:- UKF-1
Cooling capacity up to 10 kW - UKF-2
Cooling capacity up to 30 kW - UKF-3
Cooling capacity up to 90 kW
Offline cooling and filtration:
- Constant temperature (independent of the cycle times of the hydraulic system)
- Consistant flow rates
- Avoidance of pressure spikes in the heat exchanger
- Filter element replacement without shutting down the hydraulic system
Cooling and lubrication of gearboxes:
UKF with gear pump optional change-over inline filter and plate heat exchanger.
In addition, there is an integrated thermal bypass valve which ensures that the system continues to run even at low temperatures because the cold oil is not fed through the plate heat exchanger.
To guarantee a constant oil temperature an optional water flow controller can be fitted which supplies just enough water to the plate heat exchanger as is necessary to achieve the required oil temperature.
