Part cleaning systems

Modern drive technology, decreased component sizes, higher performance density and weight reductions of components also place  continuously-increasing requirements on the technical cleanliness of components and systems.

The reason for the requirement for the maintenance of cleanliness values for components is basically as follows. Using condition-orientated monitoring, the availability of machines and systems are increased, and operating fluid consumption is reduced. The QA regulations for increasing the quality image are maintained. The avoidance of recalls and the reduction of 0 km failures reduce operating costs and guarantee claims. The key to this is the intensive servicing of operating fluids.

Filter systems

HYDAC back-flushing and cartridge filters secure the particulate separation in the cleaning fluids with a high level of efficiency. Failures on function-relevant components are thus minimized through the consistently high fluid quality.
The optimized filter materials can be adapted flexibly to the operating conditions in the working, servicing and protection filtration.

FlexMicron cartridge filter elements for the separation of solid contaminant particles and MultiRheo AMRF filter housings are used for the filtration of cleaning fluids with high demands on technical cleanliness.

In the same way, available bag filters with high quality bag filters or cartridge filters are used for long-term reduction of the particle concentrations in the fluids. 
Our newly-developed PFL filters are capable of meeting the high demands on technical cleanliness and the required maintenance and financial expenses.


HYDAC sensors are used for inline monitoring, recording and diagnosis of fluid-relevant reference values such as pressure, filter differential pressure, overheating, water content, particle contamination and filling level.

Soldered plate heat exchangers by HYDAC (up to 300 kW) provide a high degree of effectiveness with simultaneously low cooling water consumption. In this way, even lower operating costs are achieved. The engraved stainless steel plates are vacuum-soldered with nickel or copper and can therefore be used for most industrial applications.

Individual HYDAC plate heat exchangers which are screwed on are joined to form a complete system using seals.

Due to the flexible assembly, a cooling capacity of up to 10,000 kW can be achieved. The heat exchanger plates consist of stainless steel in the standard series. For seawater applications, a titanium design is available.

Sampling device

In order to determine the particulate contamination of cleaning systems, the HYDAC sampling device 'Media Check Point', especially developed for the purpose, allows monitoring of the cleaning fluid according to the directives on technical cleanliness.

Ball valves

HYDAC coaxial valves made of stainless steel are process-controlled and low-maintenance. Special space-saving block solutions reduce the piping for the cleaning systems. No-clearance volume ball valves and a comprehensive range of mounting technology for components and lines made of stainless steel round off the range of offers.
