FluidMonitoring Software FluMoS light
The FluidMonitoring Software FluMoS Light is a software for reading, displaying and editing data from HYDAC fluid sensors. It enables the simultaneous connection of 3 sensors.
FluMoS Light can be used in conjunction with the latest generation of HSI interface sensors (CS 1000, FCU 1000, MCS 1000, AS 1000, FMM, HYDACLab®) and the sensors without an HSI interface (CS 2000, FCU 2000, FCU 8000).
The FluMoS Light software is used for:
- Online display of measured values on a PC in table and graph formats
- Storing log files on hard disks
- Displaying log files from hard disks/floppy disks and saving them as graphics files
- Processing saved log files e.g. with Microsoft Excel
Applications:
- Remote monitoring of sensor readings
- Condition-based maintenance

HYDAC FluMoS Mobile for Android – your access to HYDAC’s FluidControl Units
Get your fluid condition monitoring measurement data on your Android device!
FluMoS Mobile is a tool for displaying and downloading measurement data from the FluidControl Unit FCU 1000 and the SensorMonitoring Unit SMU 1200 to your Android device.
FluMoS Mobile features
- Displays current measurement values (solid particle contamination, water saturation and temperature) from your FluidControl Unit FCU 1000 in a table format
- Displays measurement value progress (solid particle contamination, water saturation and temperature) of your FluidControl Unit FCU 1000 in a graph format (one graph per measurement channel)
- Selective download of log files in .dat format from the internal memory of the FCU 1000 or SMU 1200 to your Android device
- Online storage of measurement data on your Android device (possible with successor version)
You can easily forward the .dat files to other devices such as a PC by e-mail.
The files can then be processed in FluMoS.

Embedded Board Configurator
The Embedded Board Configurator graphic software tool allows the user to communicate with the on-board electronics (OBE) of HYDAC proportional valves and parameterise them.
Various values can be monitored in real time and internal parameters can be viewed and modified.
The software also allows parameters to be saved and imported for a quick exchange and reduced system start-up times.

Our software enables simple and clear parameterisation of the digital EHCD control modules via PC or notebook.

HYDAC Frequency Inverter – Cabinet Mounted HFI-CM
The powerful PC software HFI-CM-Startup (HYDAC frequency inverter – cabinet mounted) offers many ways to rapidly commission and optimise KineSys drive systems.
The dialogue-guided commissioning with graphical support for drives considerably simplifies the configuration of the electromechanical or hydraulic system. The motor is parameterised using the electronic name plate.
A commissioning file can be used to perform series commissioning. This results in significant time savings in series projects. The software is rounded off with practical and intuitive diagnostic instruments.
HYDAC Frequency Inverter – Motor Mounted HFI-MM
The HMM Start-Up (c) PC software is very user-friendly thanks to its intuitive UI, making it the perfect interface for your drive system from HYDAC KineSys.
The software makes it possible to parameterise the electromechanical or hydraulic system quickly and easily. The integrated oscilloscope function can be used to visualise operating data and measurement data and check settings.
Automatic motor identification, parameter presetting and custom actual value displays automate and speed up the commissioning of the application.
HYDAC Frequency Inverter – Wall mounted HFI-WM
The HFI-WM (HYDAC Frequency Inverter - Wall Mounted) drive controller is a frequency inverter for speed control for 3-phase asynchronous motors.
It is used to control the speed in asynchronous motors. Switch cabinet installation is necessary here.
This drive controller is available in power classes up to 250 kW

HMG 2500 / 30x0 PC software
This software offers the option of conveniently and easily analysing and archiving curves and logs recorded with the HMG 2500 / 30x0 and, if necessary, exporting the data for integration into other PC programs.
In addition, it is possible to operate the HMG 2500 / 30x0 directly from a computer. Basic settings can be defined and measurements can be started online and displayed directly, e.g. on a PC screen as the measurement curve progresses.

CMWIN PC software
- HYDAC CMWIN V03 software, compatible with the CMU 1000, is available for subsequent evaluation of the measured data on a PC.
- The main component of the CMWIN V03 PC software is the CM Editor. This provides various IEC 61131-based tools
and functions for designing, integrating and testing user programs for the CMU 1000. - CMWIN also makes it possible to read out, configure and parameterise HYDAC condition monitoring sensors in combination with the HMG 510.

Updating a measuring device for use with USB 3.0
In the event that connection problems occur with a HYDAC measuring device (HMG 30X0, HMG 2500, CMU 1000) when connected to a PC via USB 3.0, you must update your driver.

ZBE P1-WIN PC software
For programming and parameterising programmable HYDAC pressure switches and HYDAC IO-Link sensors.
The ZBE P1-WIN PC software can only be used with the HYDAC ZBE P1 programming adapter.
