The HYDAC Service Center ServiCenter provides a comprehensive service for professional maintenance, inspection, and fluid management on your applications. Our goal is to reduce downtime of your hydraulic installations and lubrication systems and to increase the service life of open-circuit and closed-circuit electro-hydraulic control systems.

The expertise of our experienced specialist staff, the worldwide certification of HYDAC products, and our close cooperation with responsible inspection bodies such as TÜV, Germanischer Lloyd, and DVGW: these are the distinguishing features of HYDAC.

Commissioning of components, subsystems, and complete systems

We have the right equipment and systems knowledge for all kinds of service assignments. Whether it is a complete lubrication system, hydraulics, or controllers, or the connection of new components and the integration of subsystems into an existing system: we take care of all your commissioning needs.

Starting with the setup, then the installation, piping, system flushing and pressure test, followed by the initial start-up itself: at every step, you are supported by an experienced team of specialized personnel in hydraulics, electronics, electrical systems, metalwork, welding, and construction management for service assignments worldwide.

On-site at your location – local for local

If desired, we can carry out on-site repairs for the entire HYDAC product range as well as for equipment from other brands. Depending on your needs, we distinguish between repairs relating to individual orders with prior cost consideration, and a package of replacement and spare parts.

In very urgent cases, we carry out emergency or emergency repairs. In such cases, you will receive the repaired part back within a few hours, or we will immediately reinstall it in the system for you.

Increasing the productivity and availability of your installations

Technological progress cannot be stopped – in many application areas, the machines purchased today are unable to produce the quality required tomorrow. Instead of purchasing everything new, converting and modernizing the used components and systems is often a better alternative, both technically and in terms of cost.

Needs-based inspection and maintenance of your systems and installations

Regular monitoring of operating and system parameters protects against costly downtime. The HYDAC Service Center monitors, for example, the condition of the oil and filter, as well as the accumulator pressures and valve settings of your applications. Shifting shocks and vibrations are recorded using the latest measuring equipment, and parameters are analysed and stored. Using this basic information, inspection intervals are adjusted as needed.

In addition to these general maintenance tasks, the HYDAC Service Center also performs repeat inspections in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive or brings pressure accumulators already in use under the new German industrial safety regulations (BetrSichV). We can also check safety components.
