Add-on modules for general applications

In addition to a large number of powerful switching outputs, the variants of the I/O add-on modules offer various PWM outputs with internal current measurement and an integrated PID control module. This makes it very easy to realise proportional closed-loop control systems. The detection of digital switching signals and analogue current and voltage signals is enabled by digital and analogue inputs that can the parameterised in different ways.

Compact, safety-certified I/O module with flexibly configurable inputs and outputs.

TTC 30X
The add-on modules from the TTC 30X family have an outstanding power profile combined with an extremely compact design. Thanks to the especially powerful PWM outputs, valves with ‘on-board electronics’ can be controlled directly by means of proportional voltage outputs. In general, they provide extensive flexibility and high electrical power, enabling them to provide an optimal solution for almost any task.

TTC 30XS
The add-on modules TTC 30XS meet the requirements for increased functional safety. The variant 30SX-H has been optimised with additional hydraulics functions for safe system extensions. The variant 30XS-I has been optimised with additional inputs for safe system extensions.

TTC 36X
The module TTC 36X is a smart I/O module that can be controlled via CANopen. It is compatible with the CANopen standard, certified to CiA DS 401.
 Especially suitable for decentralised closed-loop current control on the basis of PWM outputs.

TTC 48X
The module TTC 48X is a smart I/O module that can be controlled via CANopen. It is compatible with the CANopen standard, certified to CiA DS 401.
 Especially suitable for decentralised closed-loop current control on the basis of PWM outputs.

TTC 48XS
The TTC 48XS meets the requirements for functional safety. This module combines the advantages of decentralisation with safe signal processing and remote control.
