Diaphragm accumulators
HYDAC diaphragm accumulators are the technological answer to the increasing demand for compact and weight-optimised hydraulic components. The separation element is a flexible diaphragm with excellent response characteristics. The design of these accumulators makes them particularly suitable for applications in which little space is available for installation. These accumulators are primary used to store energy for safety-related functions, where they compensate for leakage, to absorb vibrations effectively in mobile machines and industrial compact power units.

Rapid integration and certification
HYDAC offers diaphragm accumulators in a variety of standard sizes ex-stock, already certified according to the European Pressure Equipment Directive (PED). Simple assembly – optionally via threaded connections or manifold integration – shortens production lead times. Our experts can also help you choose the optimal pre-charge pressure or accumulator configuration to ensure maximum efficiency at different ambient temperatures.
