A statement can be made about the condition of an oil, e.g. time deterioration or mixing with foreign fluids, on the basis of the measured values for the relative change of the dielectric constant, the relative humidity and the temperature. The measured values as both sequential analogue signal and switching signal (e.g. warning, alarm) are available at the electrical output of the HYDACLab<sup>®</sup>. <p>The FluidMonitoring Software FluMoS Professional is a software program for reading in, displaying and editing data from HYDAC fluid sensors. It enables the simultaneous connection of 16 sensors. <div>The ContaminationSensor Module CSM 1000 is an Online Condition Monitoring System for the continuous measurement of solid particle contamination in hydraulic and lubrication fluids with high proportions of air bubbles. Air bubbles are brought into solution by means of an integrated air bubble suppression and are therefore not measured as particles.
