hydraulic and pneumatic systems in mobile and industrial applications. Thanks to its compactness and ease of handling, the HMG 510 is an ideal companion for employees in maintenance, commissioning and service. Up to two sensors with HYDAC Sensor Interface (HSI) can be connected. Sensors are available to measure pressure, temperature and flow rate as well as sensors for condition monitoring (also known as SMART sensors). SMART sensors include for example the oil level sensor HYDACLab<sup>®</sup>, the moisture sensor AS 1000 or the contamination sensor CS 1000. The HMG 510 automatically recognises these sensors and takes all of the necessary basic settings from each sensor. The measurement values and the corresponding physical unit are displayed on an easy-to-read LCD display. The HMG 510 offers in addition the opportunity of transferring the memory values of the SMART sensors mentioned above to a PC. With the HYDAC PC software "CMWIN", it is possible to present the saved measured data of the SMART sensors on the PC in the form of a curve and to analyse, edit, process and archive that data. The HMG has a standard integrated USB interface to enable this data transfer. <div>The MetallicContamination Sensor MCS 1000 is used for recording metallic solid particle contamination in lubrication fluids. The particles are determined in accordance with the inductive measurement procedure, with a coil system forming the core of the sensor. Metallic (ferromagnetic and non-ferromagnetic) particles in the size range of >200 µm are detected. The MCS 1000 is used for continuous status monitoring of the system and indicates imminent damage. This makes the sensor a reliable instrument for condition based maintenance. <div><p>The CSM Economy ContaminationSensor module is a compact and economic online condition monitoring module system. Combined with the fluid sensors available in module format, it measures solid particle contamination and water saturation in hydraulic and lubricating fluids with high proportions of air bubbles.</p><p>Air bubbles are brought into solution by means of an air bubble suppression and are therefore not measured as particles.</p><p>The CSM Economy is the ideal system for counting out the solid particle contamination and water saturation in a fluid, independent of the overall hydraulic system.</p><p>The CSM Economy consists of the base module (motor, pump, air bubble suppression and sensor inline installation) and various sensors.</p></div><div><ul><li>Modular system for tanks and pressure lines in lubrication systems and test benches</li><li>Air bubble suppression</li><li>Economic base module</li><li>Fluid sensors</li></ul></div>
