Component Cleanliness

A component cleanliness test allows us to identify any contamination present in parts such as manifolds and hoses. We use a Contamination Test Unit to isolate the component from external contamination to provide more accurate results.

Technical cleanliness is becoming increasingly important in many sectors of industry, the automotive industry, mobile hydraulics and production systems. Phrases such as “reduction and prevention of start-up breakdowns” and the difficulty of ever-increasing warranty periods are driving the demands for technical cleanliness.

Technical cleanliness analysis is used to document the current status and to monitor the cleanliness of manufactured components. The results are used in the control and optimization of the production process.

If you are interested in sending us a component to be analysed please contact us on: 01993 866366.
