Thermal management systems

The compact battery thermal management system (BTMS) for optimum battery temperature control. Our smart control system ensures energy-efficient, safe machine operation and increases the service life of the battery. In addition, the following optional functions are available for the 12 kW BTMS: Active/passive operation, cab cooling and different pump outputs.

Basic equipment:

• Cooling capacity 5kW / 8kW / 12kW
• Heating capacity 5kW / 10kW
• Ambient temperatures of -20°C to +60°C
• Voltage 500-850 VDC + 24 VDC
• Communication based on CAN bus SAE J1939-14 (500kbit/s).

• As standard or with adjustable modules: Combine options in the modular system
• Flexible housing and connector adjustments
• HYDAC know-how with controller developed in-house, including standard software
• Use of pioneering refrigerant R1234yf with very low greenhouse gas potential (GWP 4). Also available with R134a and R513a on request.
