<div>The FluidAqua Mobil FAM 5 is designed for dewatering, degassing and filtering hydraulic and lubrication fluids. It operates on the principle of vacuum dewatering to eliminate free and dissolved water as well as free and dissolved gases. By using HYDAC Dimicron filter technology, with its contamination retention capacity and filtration efficiency, the FAM 5 is extremely cost effective. Its compact and mobile design makes it ideally suited for service work. <div>The units of the FluidAqua Mobil FAM 10 series work in accordance with the principle of vacuum dewatering for the separation of free and dissolved water and of free and dissolved gases from hydraulic and lubrication fluids. Thanks to the HYDAC bypass filter element technology with high contamination retention capacity and separation capacity, the units achieve a very high economic efficiency. All of the units can be optionally furnished and also controlled with measuring technology for continuous monitoring of the water content and the solid particle contamination. An integrated heater for increasing the dewatering performance is available as an option. <div>The units of the FluidAqua Mobil FAM 25/45/60/75/95 series works in accordance with the principle of vacuum dewatering for the separation of free and dissolved water and of free and dissolved gases from hydraulic and lubrication fluids. Thanks to the HYDAC bypass filter element technology with high contamination retention capacity and separation capacity, the unit achieves a very high efficiency. All units are equipped with an AquaSensor AS 1000 for continuous monitoring of the water content and control of the unit. A CS 1000 particle sensor for simultaneous monitoring of the solid particle contamination can be integrated as an option. A heater can be optionally integrated or even retrofitted for enhancing the dewatering performance, for highly viscous fluids or with low fluid temperatures. <p>The FluidAqua Mobil FAM 1 is a stationary, low-maintenance and cost-effective OEM module for the permanent dewatering, filtration and degassing of hydraulic and lubricating oils in systems with low flow rates.</p><p>The FAM 1 removes free water as well as a large percentage of dissolved water and reduces the air content in the oil at the same time. The integrated filter ensures an efficient separation of solid particles.</p><p>Due to the compact design, it is especially suitable for integration in small hydraulic and lubrication systems where water entry cannot be excluded due to the process or environmental conditions.</p><p>The unit consists of a dewatering and degassing system as well as a filter. Depending on the customer specification, a motor-pump assembly, a heater or a heat exchanger (to increase energy efficiency) are also integrated.<br /> An OEM variants is also available.</p>
