CS 1000

The ContaminationSensor CS1000 series is an industrial particle sensor for the continuous recording of particle contamination in fluids. The output of the cleanliness class can be selected to be in accordance with either ISO, SAE or NAS.

The small and robust stationary fluid sensor is the perfect instrument for fluid condition monitoring. The FREEZE function on the display enables the depiction of the last 20 measured values in the integrated display.

  • Operating pressure: max. 300 bar

  • Viscosity range: 1 to 1000 mm²/s

  • Media temperature range 0 to +85 °C, +32 to +185 °F

  • Measurement flow rate: 30 to 300 ml/min

  • ISO 4406:1999 / SAE AS 4059 or
     ISO 4406:1987 / NAS 1638

  • Early detection of critical machine conditions

  • Continuous monitoring of fluid conditions

  • Condition-based scheduled maintenance

  • Compact design
