Unità filtro di raffreddamento a circolazione

Le unità filtranti di raffreddamento a circolazione (UCF) sono sistemi compatti composti da pompa di alimentazione, filtro e scambiatore di calore a piastre per circuiti di filtraggio di raffreddamento nel flusso di bypass. Il processo di raffreddamento e filtraggio continuo nel flusso di bypass può prolungare in modo significativo la durata dell'olio e dell'impianto idraulico.

- Temperatura costante (indipendentemente dai tempi di ciclo dell'impianto idraulico)
- Portate coerenti
- Evita sbalzi di pressione nello scambiatore di calore
- È possibile sostituire l'elemento filtrante senza spegnere l'impianto idraulico

Raffreddamento e lubrificazione dei riduttori
UCF con pompa a ingranaggi, filtro a doppia commutazione e scambiatore di calore a piastre.
La valvola di bypass termico garantisce l'avvio del sistema anche a basse temperature.
È inoltre possibile installare un sistema di controllo del flusso d'acqua per mantenere costante la temperatura dell'olio. Questo sistema fornisce allo scambiatore di calore a piastre la giusta quantità di acqua necessaria per raggiungere la temperatura dell'olio desiderata.
