Service Technician / Hydraulics Specialist (100%)
Your main tasks:
- Providing technical advice to existing and new customers on our wide range of products for the after-sales service sector
- On-site services (throughout Switzerland) with a service vehicle in the areas of inspections, repairs, analyses, commissioning, and piping
- On-site consulting for customer service activities and expansion of the customer service business area
- Quotation and order entry (in cooperation with the office staff)
- Revisions and repairs of components and systems (disassembly and assembly work) in the workshop
Your skills and experience:
- Mechanical training (agricultural machinery, construction machinery, polymechanic, or automation engineer)
- Extensive experience in mechanical assembly (experience in hydraulics is a prerequisite)
- Knowledge of mechanical manufacturing and pipe assembly
- Experience in electrical cabling and control technology
- Quick comprehension, precise, independent and reliable way of working, customer- and service-oriented thinking and acting
- Willingness to travel throughout Switzerland (on average 2-3 days/week)
- Very good knowledge of German (English and French an advantage)

Your main tasks:
- Planning and designing oil-hydraulic systems according to customer requirements while adhering to planned costs
- Preparing technical documentation (circuit diagrams, production drawings, parts lists, operating instructions, risk analyses, test instructions)
- Project management and coordination of projects from project handover to delivery or commissioning on site.

Your skills and experience:

Your main tasks include:
- Assembly of systems according to customer requirements at our site in Steinhausen (mainly hydraulic power units and control blocks)
- Production of hydraulic pipes on the semi-automatic bending machine
- Adjusting valves and sensors on the hydraulic test bench
- Function and leak test of the manufactured assemblies
- Carrying out measurements and recordings with the mobile data acquisition device
and analyses on the PC - Testing and commissioning networked assemblies with the appropriate IT tools
