Hydraulics specialist assembly (100%)
Your main tasks include:
- Assembly of systems according to customer requirements at our site in Steinhausen (mainly hydraulic power units and control blocks)
- Production of hydraulic pipes on the semi-automatic bending machine
- Adjusting valves and sensors on the hydraulic test bench
- Function and leak test of the manufactured assemblies
- Carrying out measurements and recordings with the mobile data acquisition device
and analyses on the PC - Testing and commissioning networked assemblies with the appropriate IT tools
(frequency inverter, IO-Link, etc.) - Commissioning of systems on site at the customer's premises
- Simple tasks in the metal workshop (turning, milling, drilling, welding)
What you bring with you:
- Training as an agricultural machinery, construction machinery, polymechanic or automation technician
- Hydraulics experience with a focus on power unit construction
