Filter elements are much more than simple spare parts – they are the crucial factor when it comes to the performance and energy efficiency of your entire system. With the launch of the new SUSTAINMICRON generation, HYDAC is setting new standards: by reducing the differential pressure by up to 30%, the energy consumption of your system or machine can be lowered significantly. This not only enables excellent ISO 4406 cleanliness classes but also makes an active contribution to sustainability and to reducing carbon footprints. In addition, this results in significantly longer change intervals and reduced total cost of ownership (TCO).
IMPORTANT! Note regarding new standard!
The new standard is indicated in the model code by change number x.5 for the filter and by xxx7 for the elements in the size designation. The new filters are being given new part numbers. Elements will be changed over to the new standard and will also be given new part numbers. The secret behind HYDAC element technology lies in its multi-layered mat construction. The further improved pleat geometry stabilises the filter medium even under extreme pulsation and increases the free inflow area. This prevents the formation of so-called block folds and ensures uniform flow. Thanks to the integrated Stat-Free technology, electrostatic charging of the oil is also minimised. This is a critical factor in modern hydraulic oils to prevent spark discharge and varnish formation in the system.
