Internal gear pumps
In working environments where noise protection and precision take priority, HYDAC internal gear pumps set the standard. Thanks to the special design principle – an internally toothed gear driving an externally toothed pinion – a continuous, virtually pulse-free flow rate is generated. The result is a dramatic reduction in noise emissions compared to conventional external gear pumps. At the same time, our PGI models allow operating pressures of up to 330 bar, making them a highly efficient alternative for challenging pressing and injection moulding applications.
