FAM 25-95 – FluidAqua Mobil

Le unità delle serie FluidAqua Mobil FAM 25/45/60/75/95 lavorano secondo il principio del dewatering sotto vuoto per la separazione dell'acqua e dei gas liberi e dissolti dai fluidi idraulici e di lubrificazione. Grazie alla tecnologia degli elementi filtranti bypass HYDAC con elevata capacità di filtrazione degli inquinanti e capacità di separazione, è particolarmente conveniente. Tutte le unità sono dotate di un AquaSensor AS 1000 per il monitoraggio continuo del contenuto di acqua e il controllo dell'unità. Un sensore di particelle CS 1000 per il monitoraggio simultaneo della contaminazione da sostanze solide può essere integrato come opzione. Si può anche integrare o inserire a posteriori per migliorare il rendimento di eliminazione acqua, per fluidi ad elevata viscosità o con temperature del fluido basse. La serie Siemens S7 di comando a memoria programmabile (PLC) in combinazione con un quadro di comando Siemens in varie lingue garantisce un funzionamento semplice e affidabile.
  • Portate volumetriche (a 50 Hz): fino a circa 95 l/min
  • Pressione d'esercizio da 0 a 4.5 bar
  • Il contenuto di acqua residua, il contenuto di gas e la contaminazione da sostanze solide estremamente bassi nei fluidi operativi garantiscono:
    - Intervalli di cambio olio più lunghi
    - Durata di esercizio dei componenti migliorata
    - Maggiore disponibilità della macchina
    - Riduzione del costo del ciclo di vita (LCC)
