Machine Shop Operator
We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator to manufacture high-quality components in line with production schedules and quality standards. The role involves operating and setting CNC machines, conducting in-process inspections, managing tooling and changeovers, and maintaining a clean, safe working environment. Candidates must be able to read engineering drawings, use measuring equipment confidently, and work effectively within a fast-paced production environment.
Service Engineer – Workshop
The Service Engineer will support the service team by carrying out a wide range of hands-on engineering and workshop activities. This role is ideal for an experienced mechanical engineer who enjoys practical fault-finding, repairs, testing, and keeping a well-organised workshop environment. The position plays a key role in delivering high-quality service support to customers and maintaining reliable workshop operations.
Service Administrator – Trainee
The Service Administrator – Trainee role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in service administration. The successful candidate will be supported and trained by the Service Office Manager to learn how to use the company’s SAP ERP system and carry out a wide range of administrative tasks that support the service team and customer operations.

OPERATOR (Nightshift)
Reporting to the Machine Shop Manager, this role sits within a small, skilled manufacturing team and is responsible for producing high‑quality manifolds, filter components, and associated tooling. The position involves operating CNC machinery to meet production schedules while ensuring all work is completed safely, accurately, and in line with quality standards and established procedures.
The successful candidate will manage machine setup and operation, monitor tooling and component quality, carry out in‑process inspections, and support efficient shop floor operations. Attention to detail, a proactive approach to maintenance and housekeeping, and a commitment to health and safety are essential to supporting smooth production flow and on‑time delivery.
Marketing Graduate
We are seeking a Marketing Graduate to play a key operational role in delivering impactful marketing activities and supporting our UK Sales team. Acting as a vital link between marketing and sales, you will help ensure campaigns and materials are effectively localised and aligned to customer needs.
