HIT 1000

Available versions: standard and for applications with increased function safety up to KAT3

On the basis of a 3-axis acceleration sensor in MEMS technology (micro-electro-mechanical system), the tilt signal is calculated in the quasistatic state (at rest).

In addition to the tilt, the acceleration values are available in all three spatial axes. The application developer has a higher degree of freedom for the optimisation of control processes in the machine control.

In the version for applications with increased functional safety, the inclinometers are developed to SIL 2 (EN 61508) or PL d (ISO 13849). There are two safety architectures to choose from: category 2 (ISO 13849) or 1oo1 (EN 61508) and category 3 or 1oo2.
The CANopen Safety protocol is used for secure transmission of the measured data.

HIT 1500:

The HIT 1500 was specially developed for measuring the tilt in dynamic systems.
A gyroscope sensor is available for calculating the tilt in the dynamics.
In addition to the tilt and the acceleration values, the HIT 1500 provides the yaw rate values in all three spatial axes.
