OLF 5 – OffLine Filter

The compact and stationary fluid conditioning units of the OLF 5 are used for the fine filtration of hydraulic and lubrication oils in bypass flow. Versions without a motor-pump unit and tank installation variants are also available. In the top-loader version, the element is removed “from the top” (no tools required to change the element).

Optionally with integratedfluid sensors

The bypass flow filter can be equipped with an optional ContaminationSensor CS 1000 as well as with the AquaSensor AS 1000. This allows the solid particle contamination, water saturation and temperature to be monitored at the same time.

     Hydraulic line: max. 15 l/min
     Lubrication line: max. 4 l/min

  • operating pressure
     Hydraulic line: max. 4.5 bar
     Lubrication line: max. 3.5 bar

  • Improvement of component and filter service life

  • Increased machine availability

  • Longer oil change intervals

  • Minimum space requirement due to compact design

  • Environmentally friendly disposal of the elements as they can be incinerated

  • Option: continuous monitoring of oil cleanliness during dedusting by means of CS 1000
