| Battery thermal management systems (BTMS) ensure that the temperature inside the battery is kept in the optimal range. Additional functions can also be integrated to heat or cool the driver’s cab. A compact system for a controlled battery temperature and comfortable temperatures in the passenger compartment. • Battery performance is stabilised • The battery’s service life is preserved • Pleasant temperatures inside the cab • Basic equipment • Cooling capacities from 5 to 10 kW • Ambient temperatures from -20 to +60°C • Voltage from 450 to 850 V DC + 24 V DC • Communication via CAN interface • Tilt and angle of inclination 30° as standard . • Design your own BTMS • Standard but with modular adjustment: put together options in the modular system • Flexible housing and connector adjustments • HYDAC know-how with in-house controller, including standard software • Use of a future-orientated refrigerant with very low global warming potential (GWP 4) • Cooling system with high safety of operation at angles of up to 45° and low and high ambient temperatures. |
