AS 1000

The AquaSensor AS 1200 is used for the online detection of water in hydraulic oils and lubrication fluids as well as in diesel, especially designed as an OEM sensor for condition monitoring. It measures the saturation level and the temperature of the fluid.

In the version with two analogue outputs, the AS 1200 transmits the values for the saturation level and the temperature as a 4 to 20 mA signal.

The AS 1200 thus enables a continuous monitoring of hydraulic and lubrication oils; precise, permanent and online.

  • Saturation level: 0 to 100%

  • Temperature: -25 to 100°C

  • Extremely reliable thanks to its compact and robust design

  • Inexpensive sensor, also for series utilisation

  • No calibration to different types of oils required

  • Pressure-resistant, also under pulsation conditions

  • Individual configuration via two switching outputs (optional)

  • Early recognition of water problems, resulting in avoidance of errors and unnecessary operation interruptions
