<div>The OffLine Filters of the OLF 15/30/45/60 series are robust bypass flow units for stationary utilisation on hydraulic and lubrication systems with large oil quantities. <br /> The Dimicron elements used in these filters are noted for their particularly high contamination retention capacity and an environmentally safe method of disposal (incinerable).<br /> <br /> <strong>Optionally with integrated fluid sensors</strong> The bypass flow filter can be equipped with an optional ContaminationSensor CS 1000 as well as with the AquaSensor AS 1000. This allows the solid particle contamination, water saturation and temperature to be monitored at the same time. An optional SMU 1200 SensorMonitoring Unit can be integrated to display the measurements. <p>The compact and stationary fluid conditioning units of the OLF 5 are used for the fine filtration of hydraulic and lubrication oils in bypass flow. Versions without a motor-pump unit and tank installation variants are also available. In the top-loader version, the element is removed “from the top” (no tools required to change the element).</p><p><strong>Optionally with integrated</strong><strong>fluid sensors</strong></p><p>The bypass flow filter can be equipped with an optional ContaminationSensor CS 1000 as well as with the AquaSensor AS 1000. <p>Circulation cooling filter units (UCF) are compact systems made up of boost pump, filter and plate heat exchanger for cooling filter circuits in the bypass flow. The continuous cooling and filtration in the bypass flow can significantly prolong the service life of the oil and the hydraulic system.</p><p>- Constant temperature ( regardless of the hydraulic system's cycle times)<br />- Consistent flow rates<br />- Avoids pressure surges in the heat exchanger<br />- Filter element can be changed without switching off the hydraulic system</p><p>Cooling and lubrication of gearboxes<br />UCF with gear pump, double switch-over filter and plate heat exchanger.<br />A thermal bypass valve ensures that the system can start up even at low temperatures.<br />A water flow control system can also be installed to ensure constant oil temperature. This supplies the plate heat exchanger with just the right amount of water required to achieve the desired oil temperature.</p>
