Jednostki filtrujące z chłodzeniem obiegowym

Agregaty filtracyjne z chłodzeniem obiegowym (UCF) to kompaktowe systemy składające się z pompy wspomagającej, filtra i płytowego wymiennika ciepła do chłodzenia obiegów filtracyjnych w przepływie obejściowym. Ciągłe chłodzenie i filtracja w przepływie obejściowym może znacznie wydłużyć trwałość użytkową oleju i układu hydraulicznego.

- Stała temperatura (niezależnie od cykli pracy układu hydraulicznego)
- Stałe natężenie przepływu
- Unikanie skoków ciśnienia w wymienniku ciepła
- Możliwość wymiany elementu filtrującego bez wyłączania układu hydraulicznego

Chłodzenie i smarowanie przekładni
UCF z pompą zębatą, podwójnym filtrem przełączanym i płytowym wymiennikiem ciepła.
Termiczny zawór obejściowy zapewnia uruchomienie układu nawet w niskich temperaturach.
Można również zainstalować system kontroli przepływu wody, aby zapewnić stałą temperaturę oleju. Zasila on płytowy wymiennik ciepła odpowiednią ilością wody wymaganą do osiągnięcia żądanej temperatury oleju.
