OLF 5 – OffLine Filter

Kompaktowe i stacjonarne urządzenia do uzdatniania cieczy OLF 5 są stosowane do precyzyjnej filtracji olejów hydraulicznych i smarnych w przepływie bocznikowym. Wersje bez jednostki pompy i silnika oraz warianty instalacji w zbiorniku są również dostępne. W wersji ładowarki górnej wkład filtracyjny jest wyjmowany "od góry" (do wymiany wkładu filtracyjnego nie są wymagane narzędzia).

Opcjonalnie ze zintegrowanymiczujnikami cieczy

Filtr przepływu bocznikowego można wyposażyć w opcjonalny czujnik zanieczyszczeń 1000 oraz w AquaSensor AS 1000. Pozwala do na jednoczesne monitorowanie zanieczyszczeń cząstkami stałymi, nasycenia wody i temperatury.

     Przewód hydrauliczny: maks. 15 l/min
     Przewód smarowania: maks. 4 l/min

  • ciśnienie robocze
     Przewód hydrauliczny: maks. 4,5 bara
     Przewód smarowania: maks. 3,5 bara

  • Wydłużenie okresu eksploatacji filtrów i komponentów

  • Większa dyspozycyjność maszyny

  • Wydłużenie czasookresów pomiędzy wymianami oleju

  • Dzięki kompatowej konstrukcji agregatu wymagane minimalne zapotrzebowanie na miejsce pod zabudowę.

  • Ekologiczna utylizacja wkładów filtracyjnych, ze względu na możliwość ich spopielania

  • Opcja: stały monitoring czystości oleju w trakcie odpylania za pomocą CS 1000
